Really great and worth a revisit

Well organized, great breakfast, clean facilities.

The restaurant was below expectations as we were charged for thinfs we didn’t order, staff wasn’t friendly nor skilled in the restaurant both during dinner and breakfast.

Nice location, but somehow disappointed due to the unfair treatment.

Location, breakfast and restaurant. Staff at restaurant were extremely helpful and friendly ! Quality y of food at the restaurant was above expectation. It was delicious.

I asked at the reception if another room was possible because there was a lot of technical noise in our room. She came to inspect our room, and said it was "normal" (the noise would end at night she said), and didn't bother to check for a new room. She said all the rooms were noisy, so we don't check other rooms ! I thought that the "client was king" in a four star hotel, but here it was not the case. So we had to stay in our room, the noise didn't stop all night and had not an easy comfortable night due to the annoying noise, which kept me awake almost all night.

The Jules Restaurant was amazing. We had a lovely stay.

The games area was a bit dismal. Most of the games had missing pieces. I would suggest rather dont have them on display and get the childrens hopes up.

Wonderful

Great location for access to the dune paths, the beach and seaside cafés/bars. Very good food in restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Nice to have a quality coffee machine in the room as well. Overall, really enjoyed the stay here.

The room smelt a bit 'woody' when you first walked in due to the design - using quite a lot of wood panels - although this wasn't noticeable after a while. Would prefer the bathroom to be one room, rather than the separate toilet/shower and wash basin room arrangement.

Extra costs for bathrobe 5€ per day!!!!! and 8€ per day for parking. Regarding the price of the rooms these additionel costs must be included.

Weekend at the seaside.

Excellent location, separated from the see shore just by the dune. Very friendly staff. Clean. Very good breakfast (included) and dinner (extra paid).

Weak acoustic separation between the rooms. As a couple we ordered a double bed (meaning queen/king type). Actually, there were 2 single beds put together with moving mattresses. Sink in the bathroom mounted on the extremely high position - not convenient for persons shorter than 170 cm...

Nice hotel, great location, but too expensive

The location is excellent - it's right by the beach, behind the dunes, which is beautiful. The rooms are very clean. The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. Breakfast was very generous. The extras worked well, and were as described.

The pool was a big disappointment: it was quite dingy and grimy-looking. The on-site restaurant is ok. The rooms are quite cramped, and the bed was quite uncomfortable as two singles were pushed together to make a double. Overall, the hotel is too expensive for what it offers.

Pleasant but pricey for what is offered.

Well organised check-in. Room is simple but well set. Breakfast and meals were well planned considering Covid-19 restrictions. Staff always very polite. The size of the room is quite fair and comfortable for a short stay. Hotel location is literally by the dunes, so quite nice for cycling or a nice walk by the beach. Parking space is quite big and convenient.

Bed was too soft (but this is about preference, not a negative aspect of the hotel itself). It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room as if you want to have drinks you need to go downstairs to order (with a fridge in the room). Or even having the vending machines in each floor - (and have it to accept pin), so we would have an option to get snacks and drinks over the day. Maybe it's biased due to corona restrictions, but I found it a bit pricey for what is offered. It's a very standard room. Well located, but very standard wrt what is offered.

Great place but super expensive!

The location is perfect. The room is clean. The breakfast is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

No public transportation nearby. You either have to walk to the city, call a taxi or rent a bike which all are expensive options. The restaurant menu is limited. Can be expanded a bit more to include vegetarian/vegan stuff.

Awesome

It was an excellent stay right next to dunes. The room was clean and spacious. The food was amazing. We chose the three course dinner option and it was really delicious with large portions. Definitely recommended!

A bit too expensive for what you get

Very nice location close to the sea, very nice breakfast, you can rent here e-bikes to bike everywhere.

The hotel is a bit old, needs renovation. There is no kettle in the room to make tea, no fridge, creamer for coffee too old. Rooms are small and our room was not very clean, we found a bit of sand on the shelf. The door of toilet was broken, we couldn’t close it. I missed paper napkins in the bathroom. I understand that there was for corona, but sauna and fitness gym were closed. The hotel was a bit too expensive for what we could get taking in consideration that gym and sauna were closed.

Great stay

Even with the current coronasituation they made sure we had a lovely and comfortable stay with the most amazing dinner ever. The location is only a few minutes walking from the beach and the dunes where beautiful to look at from our room.
